Can I change the dates of my car hire booking?
Changind the dates of your car hire reservation is something very normal. Specially now, during COVID-19, the flight companies are re organizing flights all the time. You just need to contact Victoria Cars Costumer Service department and will inform you about everything you need to know. Please have in mind that rates may change according to the new number of days.
Can I change the car hire category I have initially booked?
Yes. You will need to contact Victoria Cars and ask for the change. Please note that any changes will be according to the availability of the new car group needed.
If you wish, you can cancel and make a new car hire booking. If is very important to have in mind that the price may change.
Can I book or cancel extras?
Once booking has been confirmed you can add or cancel any extra you may need.
Please contact Victoria Cars Customer Service and we will add or cancel any extra for your car hire.
Can I return a car our of the office hours?
The returns of the car hire can out of the office hours it is also possible, but with some restrictions and possible extra charges.
- Return of the car hire at Alicante Airport
You car return your car hire at Alicante Airport between 08:00 and 20:00 with no extra charges. For returns between 20:00 and 08:00 will be an extra charge of 25 euros.
- Return of the car hire at Valencia Airport
You car return your car hire at Valencia Airport between 08:00 and 20:00 with no extra charges. For returns between 20:00 and 08:00 will be an extra charge of 25 euros.
- Return of your car hire in Calpe
It is possible to return you car hire in Calpe both during the office hours and also out of the opening office hours with no extra charge. For this we have a special mail box where you can leave the keys.
Can I return the car hire with delivery to my address out of the office hours?
There is this possible, as long as the delivery is in an Hotel or any other place where there is a 24 hours reception. In this case you need to book your car hire with fully comprehensive insurance (Premium Insurance).
If your booking is with delivery to a place where there is no reception open 24 hours a day the return must be only during the opening office hours.
Can I extend the car hire contract?
Yes. You will need to contact Victoria Cars Customer Service and confirm the availability of the car you need to extend.
Can I extend the car hire contract without coming to the office?
It is not possible.
For any extension you will need to come to any Victoria Cars offices with vehicle. The contract will be renewed and we need to check if the vehicle can be the same or needs to be changed.
Why will my car be changed when I renew the contract?
The vehicle MAY be changed. Our team will inspect the wheels, the general conditions of the car, oil and also Km. If we consider it is necessary to change, will be given a different car, from the same category.
Can I return a car hire before the end of the contract?
Yes. You will need to contact Victoria Cars Customer Service and confirm the new return date and time.
Will Victoria Cars reimburse the amount of the unsed days?
All the unsed days will be added to customers file and the corresponding amount will be deducted off the next car hire you book.
This credit note do not have an expiry date. Also if you can not use it completely, you will be able to use it during other rental periods.
