I have booked a car hire at Alicante. Where do I have to go?
At Alicante Airport Victoria Cars have a meeting point.
Once you have collected your baggage, you must go to LEVEL MINUS 2 and look for bus parking between 1 and 5. There will be a shutlle service ready to take you to Victoria Cars office. This is free of charge service, available 24 hours a day as long as you have a confirmed reservation.
Why using this service?
It is a very comfortable to use service. Much more that it looks like. You will avoid long qeues at the Airport desks and having to walk, after you collect the car hire, to the public parking and searching for your car hire.
You will just have to go to the meeting point and Victoria Cars shuttle bus will stop next to your rental car.
How often does the shuttle bus drive to the meeting point?
There is not a specific shedule. As long as you have indicated your arrival flight number when making the car hire reservation, the shuttle will know about your arrival time and will wait for you. If you do not have a flight and just decide to go to the meeting point you will have to contact VictoriaCars Customer Service Department and in less than 5 minutes the shuttle will be there. Due to this, the waiting times in the meeting point for your car hire at Alicante Airport are very short or unexisting!
How can I return the car?
It is a process even easier than the collection. You will have to go to VictoriaCars car hire office, same place as the collection.
If you come from A7 (Alicante or Murcia) you must take exit 22, Airport. Once on the road N-338, keep towards Santa Pola. Pass by the airport and 600 meters afer you passed the airport you will see Victoria Cars on your right hand side.
If you come from the N332, you will have to take the exit for Airport. Just after that you will see on your left Victoria Cars office. However, due to the road structure you can not go in. Continue until the Airport roundabout and turn around, as you would go back to the N332. After 600 meters you will see Victoria Cars, this thime on your right hand side and you can go in.
