Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes. Any booking can be cancelled. Please contact Victoria Cars Customer Service and will confirm your car hire cancelation.
What is the cost if I need to cancel my car hire?
The car hire bookings made directly with Victoria Cars can be cancelled without any costs up to 24 hours prior to your arrival.
If the booking has been done through a third party please contact the agency where you have made the booking or check their terms and conditions.What happens if my flight gets cancelled the same arrival date?
We understand exceptional situation may happen. As long as we can confirm your flight has been cancelled there will no fees applied, including for same arrival day cancelation.What are the costs for cancelling with less than 24 hours?
Will have a cost of 20% of the entire reservation. We will reimburse a total of 80% of the booking. You can also opt for the 100% in case you wish to keep the amount as a credit note into your customer file.
Tip 2: The cancelation will be free of charge if your flight is cancelled.
How will Victoria Cars reimburse?
- During the first 30 days since the charge will be reimbursed back using the same payment method. The reimburse will be processed during the next 48 hours after the request.
- For cancelations with over 31 days since the charge has been processed you will need to send us your bank details. We will reimburse back via a bank transfer during the first 15 days of each month.
