Can I cancel a reservation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Any booking can be cancelled. Please contact Victoria Cars Customer Service<\/a> and will confirm your car hire cancelation.\u00a0<\/p>

What is the cost if I need to cancel my car hire?<\/h2>

The car hire bookings made directly with Victoria Cars can be cancelled without any costs up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. <\/p>If the booking has been done through a third party please contact the agency where you have made the booking or check their terms and conditions. <\/span>

What happens if my flight gets cancelled the same arrival date?<\/h2> We understand exceptional situation may happen. As long as we can confirm your flight has been cancelled there will no fees applied, including for same arrival day cancelation. <\/span>

What are the costs for cancelling with less than 24 hours?<\/h2> Will have a cost of 20% of the entire reservation. We will reimburse a total of 80% of the booking. You can also opt for the 100% in case you wish to keep the amount as a credit note into your customer file. \u00a0<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n

How will Victoria Cars reimburse?<\/h2>
  1. During the first 30 days since the charge will be reimbursed back using the same payment method. The reimburse will be processed during the next 48 hours after the request. <\/li>
