If has been requested with more than 24 hours prior to collection will be reimbursed 100% of the charge. <\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the request is done with less than 24 hours prior or arrival will be reimbursed back only 80% of the charge. You can also opt for the 100% of the charge if you keep the amount as a credit note for future bookings, into your customer file.  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"mkb-shortcode-container\">        <div class=\"mkb-info\">\n            <div class=\"mkb-info__icon\">\n                <i class=\"fa fa-lg fa-info-circle\"><\/i>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"mkb-info__content\">\n                The cancelation will always be free of charge if it done with more than 24 hours prior to arrival.             <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n\n<p><h2 class=\"wp-block-image alignnone size-large wp-image-180\">How long will it take until the refund is processed?<\/h2> <span style=\"font-size: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px;\"> <\/span><ul><li>If the reimburse will be done via credit or debit card will be process in the following 48 hours<\/li> <li>If the reimburse must be made via bank transfer will be process within the first 15 days of each month. <\/li> <\/ul> <h2>Will I get a refund if I return the car earlier?<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>You must have in mind that for any early return the rates will be recalculated. This will be acording to the new number of days you have had the car. <\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can chose between the reimburse of the porportional amount according to the new number of days or keep it as a credit note for future bookings. Why?<\/h2>This is a very common question and depends exclusivelly on customer&#8217;s bank. You first need to contact your bank and they will give you more information.  <p>You need to know that the time until you can actually see it available will depend if the payment has been done with a credit or debit card. <\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What refund options I have?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can chose between a refund using the same way as the payment or keep the amount as a credit note into your cutomer file. With this second option you will always get more advantages and discounts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the advantages to keep the amount as a credit note?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For both, cancelations and early returns, customer will keep in the customer area the entire amount. There are no penalties for it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there any expiry date for the credit note?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No. You can use that when you need to. In case the cost of your new reservation is lower that the amount of the credit note, the difference will remain into your account. You can spend that in any future bookin or bookings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The credit note can be used in any of the <a href=\"https:\/\/victoriacars.com\/en\/offices\/\">Victoria Cars Offices<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if the credit note is less than price of my new car hire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will only have to pay the difference between the credit note and the real cost of the reservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I offer my credit note to a different person. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. You will have to contact Victoria Cars Customer Service. Your credit note will be converted into a Gift Cheque. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I buy a car hire gift Cheque for family and friends?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, You will have to contact Victoria Cars Customer Service. The Gift cheque works exactly the same as the customer credit note. Do not have expiry date and can be used in one or several rentals. <br>You must have in mind, even if customer comes with a gift cheque, must be respected Victoria Cars car hire Terms and Conditions. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Will I get a refund if I cancel a booking?
